Yes! Our lead technicians are trained in moving all kinds of commercial vehicles from delivery vans to tractor trailers. They receive training in vehicles with air brakes, manual transmissions, and connecting/disconnecting trailers.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry 4 insurance lines to protect your equipment: General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Business Umbrella. We’re insured to be on your property with our equipment and handle your equipment for washing. We always provide proof of insurance during the onboarding process so you can rest easy.
Are you incorporated?
Yes! We’re incorporated in the State of Arkansas and registered as an S corporation with the IRS. Additionally, we’re licensed municipally. We always furnish clients a W9 for tax reporting during the onboarding process for thorough documentation.
How do you collect payments?
We accept credit and debit cards online through our payment portal, checks in the mail, and ACH direct deposit. Our standard terms are Net 30 for recurring wash clients.
How do you invoice?
We invoice electronically after the job is complete. Our invoicing format will show the date, customer information, a list of what was washed, quantities of what was washed, PO information, terms, and the total amount due.
How far do you travel?
We have the capability of traveling within a five hour radius from our office in Springdale for large customers with high volume needs.
Do you wash small fleets?
We require at least a $500 monthly engagement to be on our schedule.
Do you detail interiors?
We do not.
